大学生思想政治教育体制机制的精致化研究

大学生思想政治教育体制机制的研究是思想政治教育工作的核心和基础。目前思想政治教育体制机制较为粗疏,主要表现为三大分离现状:思想工作与教学工作的分离、德育与智育的分离、课堂教育与课内教育的分离。为适应新形势,需以"精致化"为要求创新大学生思想政治教育体制机制,着力构建全员育人、全方位育人、全程育人的教育新格局。

Analysis of college students＇ ideological and political education system is the core and basis of the ideological and political education work. The mechanism of ideological and political education system is relatively deficient, main per- formance for three separate statuses： the separation of ideological work and teaching work, the separation of moral education and intellectual education, and the separation of classroom education and in-class education. In order to adapt to the new situ- ation, it＇s required for ＂refinement＂ to innovate the ideological and political education system and mechanism, building a new pattern of education in full education, all-around to educate in whole process.
