加强大学生思想政治教育对当代大学生心理素质的提升和人格的构建具有重要的意义和作用。音乐院校的思想政治教育工作应该针对学生的心理特点,积极改革工作方法,革新工作理念,思想政治教育与知识技能培养并重,并鼓励学生积极参加社会实践,在实践中锻炼和培养高度的社会责任感和思想政治觉悟。

Strengthen ideological and political education of contemporary college students has important meaning and func- tion on improving psychological quality and construction of personality. Ideological and political education work of music colleges should focus on psychological characteristics of the students, active methods reform and innovation concept. We should pay equal attention to ideological and political education and knowledge skills training and encourage students to par- ticipate in social practice actively to cultivate a strong sense of social responsibility in the practice and improve ideological and political consciousness.
