需求引起动机,动机刺激行为,行为导向目标。高校思想政治教育工作者应以满足大学生心理需求为着力点,通过对大学生需求现状与特点的分析,不断丰富和创新教育内容与方法,从而提高思想政治教育的感染力和针对性。
Demand causes motivation; stimulate behavior motive, and behavior guide goal. Workers of colleges ideological and political education should meet the requirement of college students＇ mental focus, present situation and the analysis of the characteristics of the needs of students, and constantly enrich and innovation education contents and methods, einlancing the appeal of the ideological and political education and targeted.
