分层递进教学 提高教学有效性——高三地理复习差异教学模式初探

摘要 上海市二期课改的课程理念强调"尊重学生的主体地位和个性差异,为每位学生提供同等的学习机会",实施差异教学在教育教学实践中得到普遍的实施,但主要采取课堂上面对大多数学生,课后对两头学生进行加课或补救教学,这种教学模式最大的问题是有效性、针对性不强。如何充分利用课堂时间实施差异教学,是一个很现实、值得研究的课题,文章结合高三地理教学实践谈谈如何实施分层递进教学,让每一个学生都能得到进步和发展。 The concept of Shanghai the second reform of curriculum course emphasizes the need to respect the principal position of students and individual differences, for each student to provide equal opportunity to learn, differences in teaching in the imple- mentation of the education teaching practice widely, but the main to face most of the students in class, after class for two students to add or remedial teaching, the teaching mode of the biggest problems is the effectiveness of targeted not strong how to make full use of class time difference teaching, is a very real concern of study, combining with senior geography teaching practice about how to implement the layered progressive teaching, make every student can get the progress and development.
