摘要
反思平衡是道德哲学的重要方法,它有益于在抽象的道德原则和具体的道德直觉之间通过循环往复而达成一致与平衡。作为实践伦理学分支的医学伦理学,不仅需要反思平衡作为其方法论指导,教学中反思平衡的运用对培养学生思考和解决临床伦理问题的能力具有重要意义。
Reflective equilibrium is an important method in moral philosophy. Through a process of going and back, it con- tributes to realize a dynamic equilibrium between abstract principles and concrete intuition. As a branch of practical ethics, medical ethics not only need RE to be a fundamental methodology but also need to use it as an important method during the teaching, which is helpful for students to deal with clinical ethical issues.
