改革开放30多以来,中国经济持续、稳定、高速增长的特点引起全球的关注。经过30多年的深入探索和不懈努力,中国成功实现了从计划经济向社会主义市场经济的根本性转变。本文从理论创新的角度对改革进行回顾与反思,主要从经济改革理论的三大基石上进行了阐述,即《中共中央关于经济体制改革的决定》、社会主义初级阶段理论、十六大经济理论的创新与突破。

For more than 30 years of reform and opening-up, China＇s sustained economic steady growth characteristics cans- ed global attention. ARer 30 years of in-depth exploration and unremitting efforts, China successfully achieved from the plan- ned economy to socialist market economy the fundamental shiR of this article from the Angle of theoretical innovation, to review and reflection of reform, mainly from the three cornerstones of economic reform theory expounded, namely, ＂the cen- tral committee of the communist party of China about the decision of the economic system reform＂, socialist primary stage theory, the 16th national congress of the economic theory of innovation and breakthrough.
