摘要
文章采用自编的辅导员心理服务需求问卷对四川省某高校的113名辅导员进行调查,探讨高校辅导员的心理服务需求。调查发现,高校辅导员整体上心理状态良好,针对辅导员的心理服务尚需一个长期的介入过程。
Adopt questionnaire of counselor psychological service requirements of a university of Sichuan province, 113 counselors investigated, to explore college counselor＇s psychological demand for services. According to the survey, the over- all state of mind is good, For the counselors psychological service there is still a long term involvement process.
