摘要
目的 :研究增殖性抗原 (Ki- 6 7)和表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)在星形细胞瘤中的表达 ,以及它们与星形细胞瘤病理分型和恶性度的相关性及意义。方法 :以 5 4例不同分化程度的星形细胞瘤为研究对象。采用免疫组化SABC法检测 Ki- 6 7、EGFR蛋白的表达。结果 :Ki- 6 7和 EGFR的阳性率分别为 70 .4%和 6 3.0 % ,两种蛋白同时表达的占 5 9.3% ,仅一种表达的占 2 7.8%。随着肿瘤恶性程度的增加 ,Ki- 6 7和 EGFR阳性表达率随之增高 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :Ki- 6 7和 EGFR均可作为星形细胞瘤恶性度的指标 ;不同位点基因突变越多 ,星形细胞瘤恶性度越高。
Objectives: To examine the expressions of Ki-67 and EGFR in human astrocytomas and to investigate their association with malignant degree of astrocytomas.Methods: Ki-67 and EGFR were detected with immunohistochemical staining in 54 astrocytomas.Results: Among these tumors ,immunopositivity was observed for Ki-67 in 38 cases (70%) and EGFR in 34 cases (63%); Two kinds of protein simaltaneous expression accounted for 59%, only one kind of protein expression accounted for 28%. The expression of Ki-67 and EGFR were positively correlated with the malignant degree of astrocytomas (P<0.01).Conclusions:Ki-67 and EGFR are indexes of malignant degree of astrocytomas degredd of astrocytomas.The more the gene mutation ,the higher the malignant degree of astrocytomas.
