植物生长调节物质对梭梭和肉苁蓉生长的调节作用 被引量:6

Effect of plant growth regulators on the growth of Haloxylon ammodendron and Cistanche deserticola

摘要 以梭梭、肉苁蓉为材料,研究了植物生长促进剂赤霉素和抑制剂矮壮素对梭梭和肉苁蓉生长的调节作用。结果表明:1)赤霉素促进梭梭地上部生长,单株梭梭生物量和非结构性碳水化合物总量分别提高30.8%和69.3%,却使肉苁蓉生物量降低10.7%;2)矮壮素抑制梭梭地上部生长,单株梭梭生物量和非结构性碳水化合物总量分别降低19.7%和18.7%,但能提高肉苁蓉生物量86.6%。结果显示矮壮素对提高肉苁蓉生物量具有调节作用。 Haloxylon ammoclendron and Cistanche deserticola were used to study the effects of gibberellin(GA) and chlormequat(CCC) on the growth of H. ammodendron and C. deserticola. The results showed that: 1) GA promoted the growth of H. ammodendron, the biomass and non-structural carbohydrates per plant were respectively increased by 30.8% and 69.3% ,while the biomass of C. deserticola was decreased by 10.7% ;2) CCC inhibited the growth of C. deserticola, the biomass and non-structural carbohydrates per plant were respectively reduced by 19.7 % and 18.7 %, oppositely,the biomass of C. deserticola was increased by 86.6%. These findings suggested that CCC can regulate the growth of C. deserticola ,and increase the biomass of C. deserticola as well.
