摘要
通过分析油库场站的工艺流程及其设备,建立场站的数学模型。设置节点的属性并反复执行判断节点是否与已搜索的节点相连,将实际调度任务转化为在连通图中搜索最简树状图,并确保搜索出最简的操作流程且不会发生串油和甩泵等生产事故,形成了一套自动计算操作流程的搜索算法。利用组态王软件实现B/S模式下可视化的动态操作指导系统。通过对某大型场站的实际调度任务操作运行表明系统安全、计算无误、运行可靠。
The technological process and equipments of the oil depot station is firstly analyzed in this paper, and then the mathematical model for describing the station is established. A new algorithm for calculating the model is also presented in this paper. By setting the node properties and judging whether each node is joining with the search ones repeatedly, the algorithm can find the simplest operation progress, and avoid the accidents like oil leakage and pump sling. The algorithm also transform the problem of realizing scheduling task the problem of finding the simplest tree from an Unicom-diagram. The system for guiding station operation is realized in B/S model by using configuration software. Real practice in a large oil depot station shows that the system and algorithm are accurate and steady.
