摘要
为了解决最初定型的钻进式井壁取心器在油田测井实验过程中出现的卡钻问题,根据变频调速的原理设计了变频电源系统。在现场试验及应用中,变频电源系统很好地完成了对仪器的控制,解决了钻头卡钻这个技术难题,提高了钻进式井壁取心测井作业的时效。
In order to resolve the drill sticking problem happened in the field testing of rotary sidewall coring tool, frequencyconverting power supply system is designed based on frequency control theory. In its field testing and application, frequency-converting power supply is able to well control tool drilling, which has resolved drill sticking problem and improved job efficiency.
