Study on Comprehensive Evaluation Mode for Qingre Jiedu Oral Liquids

目的:建立清热解毒口服液生产工艺的综合评价模式,应用于该制剂的生产监控。方法:以共有峰作为多变量,采用主成分分析、因子分析等方法实现对数据的压缩、解释,用少量的主分量分析揭示制剂整体质量的变化。结果:以综合评分值作为工艺评价指标,对提取工艺参数进行了优化,达到了对中药整体质量考察的目的。结论:降维分析方法能简化分析过程,并且能深刻揭示原始数据的内在规律,更适用于对中药整体质量的控制。

Objective： To establish a comprehensive evaluation mode for the preparation process of Qiugre Jiedu oral liquids. Method ： The common peaks were used as the multivariate variables, and the methods of principal component analysis, factor analysis and so on were utilized to explore the transmutation of the entire quality of the traditional Chinese medicine. Result： Using the compre- hensive score as the evaluation index, the extraction technology was optimized, and the entire quality investigation of the traditional Chinese medicine was achieved. Conclusion： The dimension reduction can simplify the analysis process and reveal the internal laws of the raw data, which is more suitable for the entire quality control of traditional Chinese medicines.
