摘要
目的 研究氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白与急性脑血管病的关系。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定了 46例脑梗死、43例脑出血及 30例正常对照组的血浆低密度脂蛋白的含量。结果 脑梗死组和脑出血组血浆低密度脂蛋白含量均高于正常对照组 (P 0 0 1) ;且脑梗死与脑出血急性期血浆低密度脂蛋白水平较恢复期明显升高 (P 0 0 5 )。结论 低密度脂蛋白水平升高可能与脑血管病的发生和发展有密切关系。
Objective To explore the relationship between oxidatively modifided low density lipoprotein (OX-LDL) and acute cerebrovascular disease (ACVD) Method Using the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),we determined the plasma levels of OX-LDL in 46 patients with cerebral infarction,43 patients with cerebral bleeding,and 30 normal controls. Results The results showed that the plasma levels of OX-LDL in the infarction group and the bleeding group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01).Moreover ,the plasma OX-LDL levels were significantly higher in the acute stage of infarction and bleeding than that in the convalescent stage(P<0.05).Conclusion These findings suggest that OX-LDL may play a role in the occurance and development of CVD.
