草酸根桥联的Zn3^ⅡFe^Ⅲ异四核配合物的合成及抗菌活性

摘要 目的 合成新的桥联多核配合物 ,研究其结构与性质之间的关系。方法 以三草酸合铁 (Ⅲ )酸钾为桥配体 ,分别端接Phen(Phen代表 1,10 -邻菲咯啉 )和MezPhen(MezPhen代表 2 ,9-二甲基 -1,10 -邻菲咯啉 )合成两种配合物 ;经元素分析 ,摩尔电导及红外光谱等方法表征配合物 ,测试其抗菌活性。结果 推定了配合物具有草酸根桥联结构 ,其抗菌活性优于桥配体。结论 该合成物在空气中稳定 ,杀菌活性较强 ,有进一步研究的价值。 Objective To synthesize new bridged maltinuclear complexes,and to study the relations between their structures and their natures.Methods Two complexes have been synthesized by the reactions of K 3[Fe(C 2O 4) 3] with phen and Me 2 phen respectively (phen represeits 1.10-phenanthroline and Me 2 phen represents 2.9-dimethy11.10-phenanthreline) Using elemental analysis IR and molar conductivity measurements to test their antibacterial activities.Results Two complexes are proposed to have oxalate-bridged structures. And the results show that antibacterial activities of the heterotetranuclear complexes are superior to the complex ligand. Conclosion The duo synthesized complexes are stable in the air and their antibacterial activities are strong.They are worrh further shidies.
