摘要
大容量中频感应加热炉系统采用多脉波整流技术,有效地提高了功率因数与解决谐波电流问题。但是电网系统复杂程度逐渐提高,尽管多脉波整流后,谐波电流大幅度降低,但仍有特征次谐波电流存在,同时也会存在非特征次谐波,如果处理不当,就会产生极大的危害。针对此问题,本文提出采用中压混合式滤波装置对系统进行了电能质量综合治理,效果明显,达到了安全生产和节能降耗的要求。
