嗜铬细胞瘤诊治分析(附42例报告)

A clinical analysis of pheochromocytoma (report of 42 cases)

目的 总结嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断治疗经验。 方法 回顾性分析 1973年 1月～ 1998年12月手术治疗 42例嗜铬细胞瘤的临床资料 ,总结该病的主要临床表现 ,诊断依据 ,手术治疗及术前、术中控制血压的方法。 结果 36例术后随访 3个月～ 2 5年 ,患者血压恢复正常 ,VMA降至正常。死亡 2例 ,其中 1例为双侧病变漏诊一侧 ,术后 4天死于心衰 ;另 1例为术后 12个月出现双肺及肝、骨转移 ,2 0个月后死亡。 结论 术前明确诊断 ,严密监控血压及肿瘤切除后充分补液是手术治疗成功的关键。

Objective To probe into the diagnosis and surgical treatment of pheochromocytoma. Methods The clinical date of 42 patients underwent surgical excision of pheochromocytoma from 1973 to 1998 were reviewed. Results After excision of the tumor the blood pressure of the patients became normal except two and the symptoms vanished. On the other hand two died. Conclusions It is absolutely necessary to control blood pressure,appropriately prepared before surgery and to increase appropriately the blood volume after resection of the tumor.
