五水头孢唑林钠的溶解性影响研究

Contrastive study of the solubility of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate

目的比较五水头孢唑林钠和普通头孢唑林钠的溶解性。方法取五水头孢唑林钠和不同厂家生产的头孢唑林钠,分别在灭菌注射用水和0.9%氯化钠注射液中溶解,一定时间后用光学显微镜观察溶解过程。结果显微镜下观察,五水头孢唑林钠基本溶解,普通头孢唑林钠均有不同程度的药物未溶解。结论五水头孢唑林钠在灭菌注射用水和0.9%氯化钠注射液中溶解性均好于普通头孢唑林钠。

Objective To investigate the difference of solubility between cefazolin sodium pentahydrate and normal cefazolin sodium.Methods Cefazolin sodium pentahydrate and amorphous cefazolin sodium from different manufacturers were dissolved in the sterile water for injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection,and the dissolving process is observed by an optical microscopy.Results Under microscope,cefazolin sodium pentahydrate is almost dissolved while normal cefazolin sodium has different degrees of undissolved drug.Conclusion The solubility of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate is superior to that of normal cefazolin sodium in sterile water for injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection.
