人文社会科学学科创新能力评价指标体系的基本框架 被引量:6

Research on the Basic Index Frame of Evaluating Discipline Innovation Capability of Humanities and Social Sciences

摘要 讨论了人文社会科学学科创新力的构成要素,将其分为学术创新力、创新支撑力、组织创新力等三个方面,并将学术成果的创新特征作为量化学术创新力的重要指标。文中提出量化人文社会科学学术成果创新程度的思路与指标,并在此基础之上给出一个人文社会科学学科创新能力评价体系的基本框架。 The paper divides the constructing elements of the discipline innovation capabilities of humanities and social sciences into three dimensions:academic innovation capability,support capability to innovation,and organization innovation capability.It selects some innovative features of the research findings as important quantitative indicators of evaluating academic innovation capability.Based on these,it constructs the basic frame of evaluating the discipline innovation capabilities of humanities and social sciences.
