公安情报学的研究对象与内容论纲

On the Research Objects and Contents of Public Security Intelligence

基于理论视角,在文献调研的基础上归纳总结现有的理论研究成果,明确公安情报学的研究内容:包括公安情报理论、公安情报实务、公安情报技术与公安情报管理;基于应用视角,依据法律法规赋予公安机关的职责和任务确定公安情报工作的内容和范围,主要涉及:维护国家(国内)安全、社会稳定的情报研究,维护社会公共安全以及预防、制止与惩治犯罪的情报研究。

Based on the theoretical perspective, it points out that contents of the public security intelli- gence mainly includes theory, practice, technology and management. Based on the application perspective and according to the duties and tasks of the public security organ that authored by the laws and regulations, it points out that the contents of the public security intelligence mainly includes two sides： safe-guarding homeland security and social stability; safeguarding public security and preventing, stopping and punishing criminal activities.
