女性宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒感染基因亚型分布 被引量:5

Distribution of subgenotypes of human papillomavirus causing infections in female patients of Zhangzhou

摘要 目的了解女性人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染基因亚型及年龄分布,并对HPV感染特征进行分析。方法对2009年6月-2011年9月医院妇产科门诊患者2312例进行HPV感染基因亚型筛查。结果 2312例患者HPV感染1093例,总感染率为47.3%,21种基因亚型均被检出,感染率最高的亚型16,其他常见亚型感染顺位为52、58、18、11、33、53、CP8304、68、6、31;高危亚型感染773例,感染率89.0%,低危亚型感染率19.8%,单一感染800例,感染率73.2%,多重感染293例,感染率26.8%,在多重感染中以二重感染为主202例占68.9%;HPV感染总感染率及高危亚型随年龄增长感染率升高,低危亚型随年龄增大感染率呈下降趋势;各年龄组HPV感染检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该调查女性HPV感染基因亚型符合亚洲人群分布规律,但有一定区域性,HPV高危亚型感染年龄主要分布在>36岁。 OBJECTIVE To study the distribution of the subgenotypes of human papillomavirus(HPV)in the female patients of Zhangzhou area,Fujian province and analyze the characteristics of HPV infections.METHODS A total of 2312cases of patients who were treated in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Zhangzhou Hospital from Jun 2009to Sep 2011were enrolled in the study,then the subgenotypes of the HPV were detected.RESULTS Of totally 2312cases of patients,the HPV infections occurred in 1093cases with the infection rate of 47.3%.All the 21genotypes were detected,the incidence rate of the HPV-16infections was the highest,followed by the HPV-52,HPV-58,HPV-18,HPV-11,HPV-33,HPV-53,HPV-CP8304,HPV-68,HPV-6,and HPV-31.There were 773(89.0%)cases with high-risk HPV infections,the low-risk HPV infections 19.8%,800(73.2%)cases of patients with single infection,and 293(26.8%)cases of patients with multiple infections;among the cases with multiple infections,there were 202(68.9%)cases of patients with secondary infections.Both the total positive rate and the high-risk HPV infection rate increased with the growth of age,while the low-risk HPV positive rate decreased with the growth of age;the difference in the detection rate of HPV infections between the various age groups was significant(P0.05).CONCLUSIONThe distribution of the subgenotypes of human papillomavirus(HPV)in female patients of Zhangzhou area,Fujian,conforms to the distribution law of Asian population to that of Asian population,but there is certain regional feature;the patients aged more than 36years old are the main population with high-risk HPV infections.
