甲型流行性感冒病毒感染患者免疫学指标的观察 被引量:3

Observation of immunological indexes after influenza A virus infections

摘要 目的探讨甲型流行性感冒(流感)病毒感染患者免疫学指标的变化,为其临床研究提供参考依据。方法共纳入52例甲型流感病毒感染患者作为病例组,同时随机选取50名健康人作为对照组,比较两组患者免疫学指标的差异。结果病例组CD3+CD4+(409.6±167.2)细胞/μl及CD3+CD8+(323.3±146.5)细胞/μl,对照组分别为(659.6±198.4)细胞/μl及(413.3±175.5)细胞/μl,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组血小板计数(172.6±2.2)×109/L、白细胞计数(4.3±0.5)×109/L,对照组分别为(213.7±2.4)×109/L、(5.5±0.7)×109/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组嗜中性粒细胞(56.6±9.2)%、补体C3(1.1±0.2)g/L、C4(0.3±0.1)g/L,对照组患者分别为(50.7±7.4)%、(0.9±0.3)g/L、(0.2±0.1)g/L,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲型流感病毒感染后常有多种免疫学指标的改变,因此在临床工作中需要严密观察该类指标的变化,以便更好地了解患者的病情。 OBJECTIVE To explore the change of the immunological indexes of the patients after being infected with influenza A virus so as to provide reference for the clinical research.METHODS A total of 52cases in influenza A virus infection patients as the case group,and at the same time,fifty heauy patients randomly selected as control group,were immunological indexes difference compared between the two groups.RESULTS The CD3+CD4+(409.6±167.2)cells/μl and CD3+CD8+(323.3±146.5)cells/μl of the influenza A virus infection patients were significantly lower than the CD3+CD4+(659.6±198.4)cells/μl and CD3+CD8+(413.3±175.5)cells/μl of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05).The blood platelet count(172.6 ±2.2)×109/L and the white blood cell count(4.3±0.5)×109/L of the influenza A virus infection patients were significantly lower than the platelet count(213.7±2.4)×109/L and the white blood cell count(5.5±0.7) ×109/L of the patients in the control group,the difference was significant(P0.05);the neutrophil percentage(56.6±9.2)%,C3(1.1±0.2)g/L,and C4(0.3±0.1)g/L of the case group were obviously higher than the neutrophil percentage(50.7±7.4)%,C3(0.9±0.3)g/L,and C4(0.2±0.1)g/L of the control group,the difference between the groups was significant(P0.05).CONCLUSION There are many immunological indexes that change in the patients with influenza A virus infections,thus it is necessary to closely monitor the change of the immunological indexes so as to better understand the patients condition.
