内科住院患者医院感染的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of nosocomial infections in hospitalized patients of internal medicine department

目的探讨内科住院患者医院感染状况,为内科住院患者医院感染的防治提供依据。方法回顾性调查分析2010年6月-2012年12月2782例内科住院患者的临床资料,采用SPSS 11.0统计软件统计分析患者医院感染发生率、感染部位以及病原菌分布。结果共35例患者发生医院感染,感染率为1.26%,;感染部位以下呼吸道感染为主占51.43%、上呼吸道感染占20.00%、胃肠道占14.29%、泌尿道占8.57%和口腔感染占5.71%;共检出病原菌41株,其中革兰阳性菌8株占19.51%、革兰阴性菌23株占56.10%、真菌10株占24.39%。结论掌握内科住院患者感染部位及其病原菌分布以及易感因素,提出针对性地治疗护理措施,能有效预防和降低内科住院患者医院感染的发生。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence of nosocomial infections in the hospitalized patients of the internal medicine department so as to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of the nosocomial infections.METHODS The clinical data of 2782patients who were hospitalized the internal medicine department from Jun 2010to Dec 2012were retrospectively analyzed,then the incidence of nosocomial infections,infection sites,and distribution of pathogens were statistically analyzed by using SPSS 11.0.RESULTS The nosocomial infections occurred in 35patients with the infection rate of 1.26%;the patients with lower respiratory tract infections accounted for 51.43%,the patients with upper respiratory tract infections 20.00%,the patients with gastrointestinal tract infections 14.29%,the patients with urinary tract infections 8.57%,the patients with oral infections 5.71%.Totally 41strains of pathogens were isolated,among which there were 8（19.51%）strains of gram-positive bacteria,23（56.10%）strains of gram-negative bacteria,and 10（24.39%）strains of fungi.CONCLUSION To understand the infection sites of the hospitalized patients of the internal medicine department,distribution of pathogens,and susceptible factors and put forward the targeted treatment and nursing measures can effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
