脑梗死患者肺炎衣原体感染与血清基质金属蛋白酶-9的关系分析 被引量:3

Study on relationship between Chlamydia pneumoniae infections and level of serum matrix metallopeptidase 9of cerebral infarction patients

摘要 目的通过观察脑梗死患者肺炎衣原体(CP)感染血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(Matrix metallopeptidaseq,MMP-9)含量变化,以探讨CP感染与脑梗死的关系。方法选择2012年1-7月脑梗死住院患者为脑梗死组,选择同期健康体检者为对照组,每组各76例;应用多聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测两组,同时用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测MMP-9。结果两组在临床资料、基础疾病和吸烟等比较差异无统计学意义;脑梗死组阳性43例,阳性率为56.58%,对照组CP-DNA阳性16例,阳性率为21.05%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=152.63,P<0.05);脑梗死组MMP-9质量浓度为(651±89)ng/ml,对照组为(555±91)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(t=5.83,P<0.01);血清CP-DNA阳性脑梗死患者的MMP-9质量浓度为(470±98)ng/ml,高于CP-DNA阴性脑梗死患者的(305±60)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(t=11.28,P<0.01)。结论 CP慢性感染与脑梗死发病有关,CP可能通过炎症反应在脑梗死的发生、进展中发挥重要作用。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between the Chlamydia pneumoniae(CP)infections and the level of serum matrix metallopeptidase 9(MMP-9)of the patients with cerebral infarctions.METHODS The patients with cerebral infarction who were hospitalized from Jan to Jul 2012were assigned as the cerebral infarction group,and people who underwent health examination during the same period were set as the control group,with 76cases in each group.The serum CP DNA was examined by using polymerase chain reaction(PCR)te0chnique.MMP-9was determined by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).RESULTS The difference in the baseline data,underlying diseases,or smoking between the two groups was not significant.There were 43(56.58%)cases with CP-DNA tested positive in the cerebral infarction group and 16(21.05%)cases in the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(χ2=152.63,P0.05).The level of serum MMP-9of the cerebral infarction group was(651±89)ng/mL,higher than(555±91)ng/mL of the control group,the difference was significant(t=5.83,P0.01).The level of serum MMP-9of the cerebral infarction patients with serum CP-DNA tested positive was(470±98)ng/mL,higher than(305±60)ng/mL of the patients with serum CP-DNA tested negative,the difference was significant(t=11.28,P0.01).CONCLUSION The onset of cerebral infarction is related to the chronic CP infection,which may play an important role in the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction through inflammation.
