母婴同室新生儿医院感染调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of nosocomial infections of neonates in direct rooming-in of general hospital

目的分析母婴同室新生儿医院感染的发生率及相关因素,探讨降低新生儿医院感染率的预防措施,为母婴同室医院感染的控制提供科学依据。方法回顾性分析2006年1月-2011年12月母婴同室新生儿医院感染临床资料。结果母婴同室共20 020例新生儿,发生医院感染217例,感染率为1.08%,感染率由2006年的1.63%下降至2011年的0.70%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.847,P<0.01);医院感染发生部位以皮肤感染为主占90.78%,其次为上呼吸道、脐部、眼睛、口腔和胃肠道分别占4.15%、2.31%、1.38%、0.92%、0.46%。结论制定切实有效地预防措施与护理对策,可降低母婴同室新生儿医院感染发生率。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the incidence and the related factors of nosocomial infections of the neonates in in direct rooming-in and explore the prevention measures so as to provide scientific basis for the control of nosocomial infections of the neonates in direct rooming-in.METHODS The clinical data of the neonates who were treated in the direct rooming-in from Jan 2006to Dec 2011were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS Of totally 20020cases of neonates in the direct rooming-in,the nosocomial infections occurred in 217cases with the infection rate of 1.08%,and the infection rate decreased from 1.63%in 2006to 0.70%in 2011,the difference was significant（χ2=11.847,P0.01）.The skin was the predominant infection site（90.78%）,followed by the upper respiratory tract（4.15%）,umbilicus（2.31%）,eye（1.38%）,oral cavity（0.92%）,and gastrointestinal tract（0.46%）.CONCLUSIONThe effective prevention and nursing countermeasures can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections of the neonates in direct rooming-in.
