三氯异氰尿酸用于口腔模型制备消毒效果观察 被引量:3

Effect of trichloroisocynuric acid on disinfection of oral model preparation

摘要 目的探讨三氯异氰尿酸用于口腔模型制备消毒效果,为口腔科实际消毒提供依据。方法采用乙型肝炎e-抗原阳性血清标本污染标准口腔印模,以水和三氯异氰尿酸进行模型灌制,分别设为对照组和观察组,比较两组模具乙型肝炎病毒检测光密度值/临界值;同时通过载体定量杀菌试验评价三氯异氰尿酸对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及白色假丝酵母菌杀灭效果。结果对照组和观察组患者乙型肝炎病毒检测密度值/临界值分别为1.288±0.137,0.712±0.065;观察组患者乙型肝炎病毒检测密度值/临界值明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且三氯异氰尿酸消毒前后模具精度及硬度指标组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论三氯异氰尿酸用于口腔模型制备消毒可显著清除乙型肝炎病毒,降低交叉感染风险;且对于细菌、真菌亦具有良好杀灭效果。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of trichloroisocynuric acid on disinfection of oral model preparation so as to provide the basis for the disinfection in department of stomatology.METHODS The impressions were made from the master model and contaminated by HBsAg,then stone models were prepared with water(the control group)or the trichloroisocynuric acid disinfectant(the observation group);and the s/co values for hepatitis B virus detection of both groups were compared,the killing effects of trichloroisocynuric acid for Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were evaluated at the same time by carrier quantitative germicidal test.RESULTS The s/co values for hepatitis B virus detection of the control group and the observation group were separately(1.288±0.137)and(0.712±0.065).The s/co values for hepatitis B virus detection of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P0.05);the difference in the precision or the hardness of the molds between before and after the disinfection with trichloroisocynuric acid was not significant.CONCLUSION Trichloroisocynuric acid can efficiently eradicate the hepatitis B virus and reduce the risk of cross-infection when it is used for the disinfection of oral model preparation and can achieve good effect on killing the bacteria as well as the fungi.
