钩栗种子形态特征及主要生理指标测定分析

Analyses of Morphological Character and Physiological Indices of Castanopsis Tibetana Seed

以建瓯,恩施,浏阳、桑植、永顺等5个不同地理种源以及永顺小溪3个不同家系的钩栗种子为实验材料,对不同种源间钩栗种子的形态特征差异性进行分析。结果表明,不同种源间钩栗种子的长度、宽度、高度和种子单粒重差异显著。钩栗种子长度的变化幅度为19.842 4～20.216 8 mm,宽度为19.233 8～19.692 2 mm,高度为17.337 5～17.504 3 mm,百粒重为391.192 2～412.935 4 g。测得种子含水量为43.15%,可溶性糖的含量为20.61 mg/g,可溶性蛋白质的含量为12.89 mg/g。所测钩栗的各项生理指标中,含水量表明种子不耐贮藏,可溶性糖含量表明种子耐脱水,但是钩栗种子成熟后并不耐脱水,因此可溶性糖并不是决定种子是否具有耐脱水性的唯一因子。

Research on seed Morphological Character and Physiological Indices of Castanopsis tibetana from Jian＇ou Fujian,Enshi Hubei, Liuyang Hunan, Sangzhi Hunan, Yongshun Hunan. The result shows that there are significant differences between different seeds. The length, width and height of seeds are 19. 842 4 - 20. 216 8 mm,19.233 8 - 19. 692 2 mm and 17. 337 5 - 17. 504 3 mm respectively. The 100-seed weight is 391. 192 2 -412. 935 4 g. Besides,the moisture content of seed is 43.15% ,the soluble sugar content is 20.61 mg/g and the soluble protein content is 12.89 mg/g. As these physiological indices show that, the moisture content indicates the intolerance storage of seed, the soluble sugar content indicates the desiccation-tolerance of the Castanopsis seed. In fact, mature Castanopsis seeds are desiccation-intolerance. So soluble sugar content is not the only factor what decides whether the seed is desiccation-tolerance.
