摘要
一种新型的风险分担协议能够较好地完善药品定价的市场机制,使得药物的成本效益分析方法成为提高卫生资源配置的基础技术手段。在利用信息经济学研究药物价格运行原理的基础上,分析风险分担协议被引入药物定价机制中的必要性,在总结协议的类型后应用于意大利实施现状的基础上,说明分担协议在药物定价机制中的可行性。
A new type of risk-sharing agreements can be used to improve the performance of pharmaceutical pricing market mechanism, and the cost-benefit analysis would be the basis of technical means to improve the efficiency of the health resources allocation. On the basis of using information economies to analyze the operating principle of medicine pricing, and analyzes the necessarily of bringing the risk-sharing agreement into the medicine pricing mechanism. On the basis of the Italian application situation after summarizing the type of the agreements, it illustrates the feasibility of the sharing agreement in medicine pricing mechanism.
