摘要
如何培养、吸引、稳定农村卫生人才队伍,促进农村卫生人力发展是当前世界各国普遍面临的问题,新医改和国家中长期卫生人才发展规划均对加强农村卫生人才队伍建设提出了新的要求。本文对澳大利亚农村及边远地区卫生人力干预策略进行介绍,并结合中国当前实际情况,提出相关建议。
How to educate, attract and stabilize rural health personnel and promote the development of health workforce in rural areas are the common problems that countries all over the world will meet. The new medical reform and national plan of medium and long term health personnel development have given new requirements for strengthening the development of rural health personnel. The intervention strategy of health workforce in rural and remote Australia is introduced, suggestion are given on the basis of Chinese current situations.
