石家庄市手足口病重症病例流行特征分析

Analysis of epidemiological characteristics of severe cases of Hand-Foot-Mouth disease in Shijiazhuang

目的:分析2010年石家庄市手足口病重症病例流行病学特征,探索手足口病重症患儿发病高危因素。方法:收集整理右家庄市2010年报告的手足口病病例流行病学调查表信息,应用描述性方法进行流行病学分析。结果:早产、第二胎及以上、剖宫产、初次就诊于县级及以下医院、初次就诊未被确诊是重症手足口病病例的高危因素,与轻症手足口病相比重症病例主要表现为高热,多为丘疹、出疹持续时间短、神经系统症状多见、病程较长等临床特征。结论:应加强围产保健提高新生儿免疫力,通过培训加强县级以下基层医疗机构诊疗水平。

Objective ： To analyze the epidemiological characteristic of severe cases of Hand - Foot - Mouth disease （HFMD） in 2010 of Shijiazhuang, to find out risk factors of severe HFMD. Methods： Data of HFMD investigated in 2010 of Shijiazhuang were collected and analyzed with epidemiology method. Results： Preterm, cesarean section, seeing the doctor first in the county hospital and below and not diagnozed were risk factors. The clinical features of moderate HFMD included hyperpyrexia, papule, a rash short - time, more nervous system symptoms and long course. Conclusion： Level of perinatal health care should be strengthened to enhance immunity of newborns, and im- prove the diagnosis and treatment level in the county hospital and below by reinforcing training.
