摘要
目的:了解某高校女学生痛经的相关情况,指导女学生的日常生活和学习。方法:选择某高校400名女学生进行调查及相关因素分析。调查内容包括月经初潮年龄、痛经程度、月经颜色、月经量、体质状况等。调查结果应用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果:文科女生比理科女生痛经发生率高,差异有统计学意义(t=80.333,P<0.05),不同月经初潮年龄女生的痛经发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同体质女生痛经发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经期的痛经发生率高于其他时期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);痛经程度中度高于其他程度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);痛经伴经量中等高于其他组别,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);痛经伴血色暗红高于其他组别,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痛经是高校女学生月经不调最主要的症状,影响女学生的日常生活及学习,应根据实际情况加以调理。
Objective: To understand the dysmenorrheal situation of female students from some clllege and guide their daily life and study. Methods: 400 students from one college were selected as observation group, then to analyze the related factors, which included age of menareh, extent of dysmenorrheal, menstrual color, menstrual blood volume (MBV) and physical condition and so on. Results: Rate of dysmenorrhea in liberal arts female students was higher than that of science female students, there was significant difference ( t = 80. 333, P 〈 0. 05 ) . There was no significant difference in rate of dysmenorrhea between different age of menareh ( P 〉 0. 05 ). There was no signifi- cant difference in rate of dysmenorrhea between different physical conditions ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Rate of dysmenorrheal during menstrual period was higher than other period, there was significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) . There was sighifieant difference in rate of dysmenorrheal between mid- dle degree olysmenorrheal and other degree, middle MBV and other MBV, kermesinus dysmen orrheal and other color (P 〈 0.05 ) . Con- dusion: Dysmenorrhea is the main symptom of female college students menstruation, which affects their daily life and learning, students should adjust according to actual situation.
