葛根素和鸡豆黄素A对17β-雌二醇诱发的子宫内膜渗出的干预作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究植物雌激素葛根素和鸡豆黄素A对17β-雌二醇诱发去卵巢大鼠子宫内膜渗出和血管通透性的影响。方法:将36只健康雌性SD大鼠随机分为6组(n=6):假手术组、卵巢切除组、17β-雌二醇组、17β-雌二醇+他莫昔芬组、17β-雌二醇+葛根素组、17β-雌二醇+鸡豆黄素A组,除假手术组外,其他各组大鼠摘除双侧卵巢后,分别皮下注射芝麻油、17β-雌二醇、17β-雌二醇+葛根素、17β-雌二醇+鸡豆黄素A、17β-雌二醇+他莫昔芬21天后取组织,比较不同处理组子宫内膜渗出变化和血清VEGF的浓度。结果:给予植物雌激素葛根素、鸡豆黄素A和他莫昔芬后,子宫内膜嗜酸性粒细胞的渗出减少,血清VEGF浓度降低。结论:植物雌激素葛根素和鸡豆黄素A可发挥雌激素拮抗作用,使血清VEGF浓度减小,可抑制外源性雌激素诱导的子宫内膜的渗出。 Objective: To explore the intervention effect of phytoestrogens on 1713- estradiol- induced endometrial exudation and the permeability of vascular of ovariectomized rats. Methods : 36 SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, 6 rats in each group, sham, Ovx, Ovx + Est, Ovx + Est + Tam, Ovx + Est + pue, Ovx + Est + bio groups. After 21 days administration, ovary tissue was taken to observe the changes of endometrial exudation and determinate the concentration of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the serum. Results: Compared with Ovx + Est + Tam, the endometrium was thinner, the exudation of eosinophils in the endometrium was significantly reduced (P〈 0.01), the concentration of serum VEGF was lower (P 〈 0.05) in Ovx + Est + Pue, Ovx + Est + Bio and Ovx + Est respectively. Conclusion : Phytoestrogens can inhibit the endometrial exudate induced by exogenous estrogen, play the role of estrogen antag- onist, and make the concentration of serum VEGF reduce.
