摘要 利用金相显微镜等手段,研究了Al-5Ti-1B和Al-10Sr-X两种细化剂加入量和静置时间对ZL101铝合金晶粒细化效果的影响。结果表明,两种细化剂的加入量以其质量分数为0.5%为宜,Al-10Sr-X的细化效果优于Al-5Ti-1B细化剂的。 The effect of grain refining agent (Al-5Ti-1B and A1-10Sr-X) addition and melt standing time on grain refining efficiency has been investigated by using of metallographic microscope. The result shows that the reasonable addition of the two refining agents is 0.5 % (wt) ,but the grain refining efficiency of Al-10Sr-X is better than that of Al-STi-1B.
