摘要
分析了挤压模扩展角变化对挤压铝型材质量的影响。分别对一套平模和一套分流模采用30°和20°两种扩展角设计方案,对铝型材进行力学性能、晶粒度、表面质量检测。试验证明,平模挤压铝型材在两种扩展角情况下,型材质量稳定,未出现明显变化。分流模处于扩展部位的焊合线质量随扩展角变化发生改变。30°扩展角与20°扩展角相比较,前者的型材焊合部位塑性较低、晶粒变粗、焊合线更明显。
The influence of extrusion die with expanded angle on aluminum prome quanty has been analyzed. The mechanical properties, grain size and surface quality of the aluminum profile have been investigated by using two sets of flat die and two sets of assembling die and with expanded die angles of 30° and 20° separately. The results indicate that the quality of a- luminum profile being extruded by flat dies with two expanded angles is stable and no obvi- ous different; while the quality of aluminum profile being extruded by assembling dies has been changed obviously near the expanded angle at the welding line. The ductility of alumi- num profile being extruded by the die with expanded angle of 30° is lower, the grain size be- comes larger and the welding line is visible more clearly compare with that of aluminum pro- file being extruded by the die with expanded angle of 20°.
