摘要
以毛白杨、旱柳、白花泡桐和水杉4种苏北地区乡土树种及落羽杉和北美红杉2种园林引进树种为试验材料,研究了夏季干旱胁迫对植物叶片电容和相对含水量的影响。结果表明:随着胁迫时间的延长,叶片组织的电容值与含水量均逐渐降低,且电容值与含水量间存在显著的相关关系。针叶树种比阔叶树种更能适应高温干旱环境,耐旱性强。
Taking Populus tomentosa Carr.,Salix matsudana,Paulownia fortunei(Seem.) Hemsl and Metasequoia glyptostroboides four common native trees in Northern area of Jiangsu and Taxodium distichum and Sequoia sempervirens two garden of introduced species in the northern part of Jiangsu as materials,the influence of drought stress on leaf capacitance value and water content were studied.The results showed that with the stress time extension,the leaf capacitance value and water contend decreased gradually;capacitance value and water content had a significant relationship.Compared with hardwood species,conifer species were able to adapt to the high temperature and dry environment better and had a higher drought tolerance.
