菌糠木霉发酵物对黄瓜枯萎病的防效研究 被引量:8

摘要 以栽培平菇的棉籽壳为原料,研究了新型的土壤添加剂菌糠与生防木霉的发酵物对黄瓜枯萎病的防治效果。结果表明:菌糠木霉发酵物对黄瓜枯萎病的防治效果为63.58%,显著优于木霉的其它接种方式。采用平板稀释法检测根际木霉的数量,表明菌糠发酵物可以促进木霉在根际的定殖。通过酶活测定发现添加菌糠木霉发酵物的土壤中几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶的活性显著升高,分别在病原菌诱导后的第6天和第9天达到高峰,对病原真菌细胞壁的分解作用最强。 Taking cotton seed in mushroom cultivation as material,the spent mushroom substrate fermentation product was used as a new type of soil additives in cucumber cultivation raw,its prevention effect on cucumber Fusarium wilt was studied in this paper.The results showed that in pot experiment,the control effect to cucumber Fusariumwilt was up to 63.58% in soil adding spent mushroom substrate fermentation,and was significantly better than that of Trichodermaspp other adding methods.Trichoderma spp adding as spent mushroom substrate fermentation was easier to colonize in the cucumber rhizospher than other adding methods.Based on the enzyme activity assay,it was found that chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase activity significantly increased,and respectively reached the peak value at 6 and 9 days under the induction of Fusarium oxysporum.
