白灵菇二潮菇最佳出菇方式研究

Study on the Best Second Fruiting Ways of Pleurotus nebrodensis

以"白灵菇2号"为试材,研究了4种不同出菇方式对白灵2潮出菇期和出菇率、子实体性状和产量及其商品性的影响。结果表明:不同的出菇方式对2潮白灵菇出菇早晚、子实体出菇率、商品性能及产量等均有较大的影响。综合分析表明,脱袋地埋覆土和双排墙式覆土方式是较理想的2潮菇出菇方式。

Taking Pleurotus nebrodensis ＇Bailing 2＇ as material,the effect of 4 fruiting ways on fruiting time and fruiting rate,fruiting body characters and yield,commodity of second fruiting were studied.The results showed that different fruiting ways had a great impact on fruiting time and fruiting rate,commodity and yield.Comprehensive analysis showed that off bag and three-dimensional overburden,overburden and double fruiting side of wall were the ideal fruiting ways of Pleurotus nebrodensis.
