摘要
介绍高效环保型废旧轮胎裂解的工艺流程及工作原理。裂解设备主要由废旧轮胎裂解系统、储油控制系统、油气分离系统、固体回收系统和尾气处理系统组成。废旧轮胎在热解炉中裂解,由PLC控制裂解产生的裂解油和热解气燃烧加热。裂解反应后裂解系统可自动退出裂解炭和钢丝供循环利用。通过裂解,提高了对废旧轮胎的综合利用率,实现了对废旧轮胎的高效环保循环再利用。
The efficient and environment-friendly cracking process of waste tire and the working principle of cracking equipment were introduced. The cracking equipment was mainly composed of waste tire cracking system, control system, oil and gas separation system, solid recovery system and exhaust treatment system. The cracking furnace was heated by the cracked oil and gas combustion and controlled by PLC when the waste tire was cracked. After the cracking,the pyrolysis carbon and steel wire were automatically recovered. Though cracking process, the comprehensive utilization rate of waste tire was improved, and waste tire could be environment-friendly recycled.
