摘要
为了提高CdS/CdTe多晶薄膜太阳电池转换效率,改善器件性能,制备出一种结构为玻璃/SnO2∶F/未掺杂SnO2/CdS/CdTe/ZnTe/ZnTe∶Cu/Ni的薄膜太阳电池。同时与无SnO2插入层的太阳电池进行对比分析。研究发现:具有SnO2插入层的太阳电池填充因子增加19.52%,开路电压提高3.23%,电池并联电阻增加56%,转换效率增加30%,电池的均匀性得到改善,有利于规模化大生产。
To improve the conversion efficiency of the CdS/CdTe polycrystalline thin film cells, the cells with the structure of Glass/SnO2: F/un-doped SnO2/CdS/CdTe/ZnTe/ZnTe: Cu/Ni were fabricated. The performances of cells with or without un-doped SnO2 were compared and analyzed. The results show that the cells with un-doped SnO2 raise FF of 19.52% , Voc of 3.23% , shunt resistance of 56% and conversion efficiency of 30%. At the same time, the uniformity of devices is improved after introducing un-doped SnO2 which is helpful for industrial production.
