摘要
纳米TiO2在有机介质中存在不易分散、贮存稳定性差和易发生二次团聚等问题,环氧树脂存在韧性差、耐冲击性欠佳、易开裂、固化后性脆等缺点,针对这些问题研究了一种制备纳米TiO2分散液的方法,并对环氧树脂进行端羧基丁腈橡胶改性,制成无溶剂环氧防腐涂料。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)测试、动态光散射(DLS)、涂层断面扫描电镜(SEM)和电化学性能测试(EIS)的结果表明:纳米粒子能得到有效改性,且分散液粒径均匀、稳定,不易发生二次团聚;适量分散液能改善材料自身存在孔洞和裂痕的缺陷,与材料结合性好,整体上提高了涂层的基础物理性能和防腐效果。
Nano-TiO2 is hard to be dispersed in organic medium, with lower storage sta- bility and easy to be re - flocculated. Epoxy resin has poor toughness, poor impact resistance, easy cracking and very brittle after curing. To solve these problems mentioned above, a meth- od to prepare nano-TiO2 dispersion was developed and epoxy resin was modified using nitrile rubber, formulating a solventless epoxy anticorrosion coating. The coating was characterized by use of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FT - IR), dynamic light scattering (DLS) a- nalysis, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and electrochemical performance test (EIS). The results showed that nano - TiO2 was modified effectively, leading a uniform and stable dis-persion that was not to be re - flocculated. Proper amount of dispersion could improve the de-fects of holes and cracks, as well as the adhesion, enhancing the physical properties and corro-sion protective performance.
