网络强度、知识转移对集群企业创新绩效的影响

The influence of network strength and knowledge transfer on innovation performance of cluster enterprises

通过文献回顾,构建了网络强度、知识转移与集群企业创新绩效之间关系的理论模型,并以浙江省五个产业集群内的企业为调查对象对模型进行了实证检验。研究结果发现,网络强度对集群企业创新绩效具有显著正向影响,知识转移在网络强度与集群企业创新绩效之间起完全中介作用。此外,还引入集群类型这一控制变量,研究发现,不同集群类型中,研究模型的检验结果存在差异。

Based on the literature review, this paper builds up a theory model which studies the relationships between the network strength, the knowledge transfer and the innovation performance of cluster enterprises, and conducts an empirical testing to the enterprises in the five industrial clusters in Zhejiang Province. The study results show that the network strength has a significantly positive impact on the innovation performance of cluster enterprises whereas the knowledge transfer plays a totally intermediary role between the network strength and the innovation performance of cluster enterprises. Furthermore, this paper introduces the cluster type, a control variable, through which it is found out that the testing results vary in different types of dusters.
