摘要
针对一些球团厂链-窑球团工艺中鼓风干燥段脱水效果不理想的问题,分析了鼓干段的脱水能力,提出采取兑风技术,在基本上不改变现有热风流程和设施的基础上提高鼓干热风温度,增加热风流量,强化鼓干脱水能力,使链箅机上的热工制度得到正常合理的发挥。
In view of unfavorable dewatering effect of updraft drying zone in grate-kiln process in some pelletizing plants, the dewatering capacity of updraft drying zone was analyzed, air make-up technology was proposed, that is, on the basis of not changing the existing hot air process flow and facilities, raising hot air temperature of the updraft drying zone, increasing hot air rate and strengthening dewatering capacity of updraft dying zone and bringing the thermal system of the grate to full play.
