摘要
随着Hambrick提出"高层梯队理论",高管团队的研究越来越受到关注,构建一个高水平的、和谐的高管团队是企业迈向成功的第一步。本研究基于跨文化领导理论、高层梯队理论、社会认知理论和学习理论,以国际经营企业为例,深入研究具有文化差异的高管团队行为整合、学习模式、文化智力水平及国际领导潜力之间的关系,探讨文化智力可能存在的中介作用。
The research of top management team is paid more and more attention with the perspective of upper echelons by Hambrick, it is important for enterprises' success to build an effective and harmonious management team. Based on cross-cultural leadership theory, upper echelons perspective, social cognitive theory and learning theory, the paper takes international companies as example, analyzes the relationship among cross-cultural TMT's behavior integration, learning pattern and international leadership potential, especially discusses the mediation effects of cultural intelligence.
