摘要
依据半潜式平台受到环境力、缆绳拉力和护舷反力的静态平衡方程,通过优化系船柱间缆绳的可行连接、每组缆绳数量以及每根缆绳的初始长度来提高半潜式平台抵御环境条件的能力,并在此基础上建立码头系泊系统设计方法。根据极限和常规海况码头系泊要求,完成系泊布置方案,并提供操作指导。
Considering static equilibrium equation of semi-submersible platform which resists environment force, hawser tension and fender reaction force, it optimizes feasible link between bollards, hawser number initial length to improve the performance of the mooring system, and establishes effective design method. It accomplishes hawser arrangement in extreme and conventional weather condition and provides operating guidance.
