Oswestry功能障碍指数对电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效评价

Therapeutic Evaluation of Electroacupuncture for Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation by Oswestry Disability Index

目的探讨Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)用于评定电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效的可信性。方法以患者为观察对象,行自身前后对照,用ODI量表和综合评分表对电针治疗的70例腰椎间盘突出症患者于治疗前后评分,分别计算优良率,并进行相关分析。结果治疗后用ODI评定优良率为88.6%;综合评分优良率91.4%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ODI用于评定电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效稳定、可靠,可作为一项重要的参考指标。

Objective To explore the reliability of the Oswestry Disability Index （ODI） in evaluating the therapeutic efficacy of electroacupuncture for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation （LIDH）. Method The ODI and Comprehensive Assessment Scale were adopted to evaluate the subjects before and after treatment with self-control method, to calculate the excellent rate and to conduct the relevance analysis. Result The excellent rate was 88.6% according to ODI versus 91.4% according to the Comprehensive Assessment Scale, and the difference was statistically insignificant （P〉0.05）. Conelusion It＇s stable and reliable to use ODI to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of electroacupuncture in treating LIDH, and thus it can be considered as an important reference index.
