宁夏农村居民乙肝及乙肝疫苗认知现状研究

Studying on the rural residents' cognition on Hepatitis B and Hepatitis B Vaccine in rural Ningxia

目的:了解宁夏农村居民对乙肝和乙肝疫苗的认知情况,为农村地区今后更好地防治乙肝提供科学依据。方法:以概率成比例抽样法,根据经济发展水平和地理位置抽取宁夏某县3个村中896户的3958个调查对象,采用问卷调查方式,采用SPSS16.0软件对调查问卷进行统计分析;结果:被调查地区农村居民乙肝和乙肝疫苗相关知识比较匮乏,特别是对乙肝症状和乙肝病毒的传播途径等方面,有接种史的调查对象的认知情况要好于无接种史者;结论:需结合农村实际,利用各种渠道加强对宁夏地区农民居民乙肝和乙肝疫苗相关知识的宣传和普及。

Objective To investigate the rural residents＇ cognition on Hepatitis B and Hepatitis B Vaccine in rural Ningxia, and provide evidences for controlling infection from Hepatitis B in rural areas. Methods 3958 cases of respondents were chosen from 896 households in 3 villages with Probability Proportionate to Size sampling method, according to their economic status and geography location. And they were surveyed with questionnaires. Data was analyzed with statistical software of SPSS16.0. Results The respondents had insufficient cognition on Hepatitis B and Hepatitis B Vaccine, especially knowledge about symptoms and route of transmission of Hepatitis B virus. The cognition of respondents who had inoculation history was better than people who had not. Conclusion Knowledge of Hepatitis B and Hepatitis B Vaccine needs to be publicized through various channels on rural resi- dents in Ningxia.
