Modern Educational Technology and Language Testing

现代网络和计算机技术的发展使得语言测试发生了很大变化,从传统的纸笔考试过渡到基于网络和计算机考试,考试、评分、考试消息发布、成绩查询逐渐实现了网络化。本文首先从考试内容、实施、评分等方面阐述了网络和计算机技术对语言测试与评估的影响,然后对相关理论和实践研究进行综述,最后提出了目前语言测试中现代技术应用面临的问题和未来研究方向。

With the development of the Interact and modem information technology, language testing and assessment is undergoing great changes. Moved from the traditional paper-and-pencil tests, modem tests based on the Intemet and computer systems have made it possible to pursue online testing, automatic marking, web-based information broadcasting, and instant result consulting. This article reviews the effect of the Intemet and modem computer technology on test design, test administration, and test scoring. This is followed by a review of the relevant research studies. Finally problems facing the development of language testing with modem technology and suggestions for future studies are raised.
