In recent years, private hook com- panies have been a special existence and grown rapidly,and its business scale has occupied half of the publishing industry, This new situation has an unprecedented great effect on the interview work of library. Based on the private book company development history and current situation, this paper describes the spedal impact on the interview work of library and puts forward some appropriate countermeasures.
