农业清洁生产评价指标体系的构建

在农业领域实施清洁生产以防治面源污染已日渐开展,但是,农业清洁生产评价指标体系的缺失不利于对农业清洁生产水平进行定位,亦不利于反映清洁生产实施绩效。已见报道的农业清洁生产评价指标体系在指标项设置以及基准值、权重值、指标分值的确定等方面存在不足。该研究对各类指标项进行了梳理,从农业清洁生产的内涵及需求出发,构建了农业清洁生产评价指标体系。在分析我国农业生产现状的基础上,以农业生产先进水平的数据为基础,确定了各指标的基准值,并运用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重。依据本指标体系进行计算和评分,可量化农业清洁生产水平,为推动农业清洁生产提供参考。

In this paper, the assessment index system for agricultural cleaner production was founded according to the principle of cleaner production. Based on the data from the advanced agriculture production, the reference values were determined, and the weight of each index was judged by analytic hierarchy process. The level of agricultural cleaner production could be obtained by calculating and evaluating accordin~ to this assessment index system.
