结合我院实际分析医院等级评审对药品规范化管理的促进作用

Analysis of Promotion of Hospital Grade Accreditation on Standardized Management of Medicines Based on the Situation of Our Hospital

目的:以《三级综合医院评审标准实施细则》(2011年版)和总后卫生部下发的《军队三级综合医院等级评审检查表单》作为依据,逐步规范药学科药品的供应与管理。方法:严格按照实施细则和总后卫生部制订的新政策、新要求,再对照自评检查单,介绍该院从药事管理、制度建设、药剂管理和用药监督等方面逐一解读、逐条准备、逐项进行检查,对存在的问题及时反馈、不断改进的情况。结果:通过近1年的迎评准备,该院药学科的药事和药物使用质量管理逐步得到加强并持续改进,药品的供应与管理的各项指标均符合等级评审标准要求,顺利通过了三级医院评审检查。结论:三级医院评审促进了该院药品供应与管理模式的改革与发展,使药品的供应与管理更加规范化、标准化、制度化。

OBJECTIVE： To standardize the supply and management of medicine in pharmacy department according to De- tailed Rules for Review Standards of Third Grade General Hospital （2011 edition） and Grade Accreditation Inspection Form for Military Third Grade General Hospital issued by Ministry of Public Health of General Logistics. METHODS： Strictly following de- tailed rules and new policy and new requirements issued by Ministry of Public Health of General Logistics, compared to self-evalua- tion list, the fields of pharmaceutical management, system construction, pharmacy management and medication monitoring were in.- terpreted, prepared and checked item by item in our hospital. The existing problem should be fed back in time and improved contin- uously. RESULTS： After one year＇s review preparation, pharmaceutical affair and medicine quality management were strengthened and improved continually in pharmacy department of our hospital. All indicators of medicine supply and management met the re- quirements of grade accreditation standard. Our hospital passed the review of third grade hospital smoothly. CONCLUSIONS： Ac- creditation of third hospital promotes the development and reform of medicine supply and management mode in our hospital so as to standardize and systematize supply and management of medicine.
