HPLC法同时测定复方二氯醋酸二异丙胺片两组分含量

Simultaneous Determination of Two Components in Compound Diisopropylamine Dichloroacetate Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立同时测定复方二氯醋酸二异丙胺片中两组分(二氯醋酸二异丙胺和葡萄糖酸钙)含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为UltimateXB-C18;流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液,流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为205nm;室温分析;配制样品的溶剂为水。结果:二氯醋酸二异丙胺和葡萄糖酸钙的检测质量浓度线性范围分别为1.20～2.80(r=0.9995)、1.17～2.73mg/m(lr=0.9996);平均回收率分别为100.2%(RSD=0.36%)、100.3%(RSD=0.28%)。结论:建立的方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可同时测定复方二氯醋酸二异丙胺片中两组分的含量。

OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for simultaneous determination of the contents of diisopropylamine dichloroacetate and calcium gluconate in Compound diisopropylamine dichloroacetate tablets.METHODS：HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on Ultimate XB-C 18 column with mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 205 nm,and column temperature was room temperature.Sample was prepared with water.RESULTS：The linear range of diisopropylamine dichloroacetate and calcium gluconate were 1.20-2.80 mg/ml （r=0.999 5） and 1.17-2.73 mg/ml（r=0.999 6）;and the average recoveries were 100.2%（RSD=0.36%）and 100.3%（RSD=0.28%）.CONCLUSIONS：The method is convenient,accurate and sensitive,and it is suitable for the simultaneous determination of diisopropylamine dichloroacetate and calcium gluconate in Compound diisopropylamine dichloroacetate tablets.
